Bought our TT unit there and they were more then happy to get us into the camper. There were a few minor things wrong at the end of the season that was under warranty. Dropped the camper off and asked if they needed to keys, "nope" was the reply. 2 days later when they were supposed to have been done with the camper, I arrived to find they haven't even started on the repairs. Not even a phone call. Asked why they haven't done the work, reply was "we didn't have your keys" I was speaking to the same person that said they didn't need them. Fast forward another week and I get a call that the camper is ready and they "winterized" it for nothing That's AWESOME, but I had already winterized it before I dropped it off. I drive to the lot and no one can find my camper. Someone moved it up the road to their other lot. Ok I drive up there and find it. The hitch is about 4 inches too low to hook up to my truck. There is NO ONE on the lot to help me. I end up scrounging for wood to raise the ball hitch. I'm fuming. When I hook up, my trailer brake is flashing fault. I check everything and find the pig tail had been ripped from the junction box under the camper. I drive back to the main lot and demand to see someone with a last name of FLAGG. One to the family comes over and tries to calm me down. Not having it. I laid into him in the middle of the showroom with people signing paperwork for their campers. Didn't care. After about 10 minutes of me going through everything I list here, he takes my paperwork and refunds all the money hands me the paperwork and tells me to (are you ready) "Get Out!". That's AWERSOME. I wouldn't send my worse enemy there to use their restroom. Avoid at all costs.

Owner dropped F bombs

Walked in the uxbridge location today for antifreeze. 3 men behind counter having conversation, and one dropped F bomb and walked in the back. I was 10 feet from them. When i went to pay, i rold remaining 2 men that i didn't appreciate hearing that language as a customer and a lady. Their response was that guy was the owner what can they do. Unacceptable.

Don't buy from flagg RV

We purchased a new camper in 2016. We have had nothing but problems with the A/C unit.

Flagg has supposedly fixed it 2 times and it is still under warranty. We are now camping with 2 extra kids that their parents are picking them up at the end of our stay and my husband that had recent heart surgery and 2 dogs and again A/C is not working!! We called Flagg RV which by the way is 30 min away to see if they would come out to fix the unit since this is the 3rd time it has needed repair. They first said they didn't have a service tech they could send.

Than they said they wouldn't have the equipment to repair it which is odd since they haven't even looked at the problem because they were unwilling to come out.

We now have no A/C and 4 days left of our trip. We will not purchase another RV from them again.

Delivery was a joke

1st time purchasing with Flagg RV in Uxbridge. There are no complaints with anyone or thing other than the delivery guy, Bob.

We were told what to get, how many blocks, wood, etc. When the trailer came it didnt get placed where we wanted, Bob didnt want to use the 24 concrete blocks, that we paid for and was told to get..told us that "ive been setting these up for years" My trailer was still rocking, i askedhim why twice, he didnt answer me. Had no idea how the In Comand computer worked, just grumpy and complaining. My husband and his friend ended up setting our whole trailer with all the components that we were told to get from Joe.

We paid for Bob being grumpy and not really setting our trailer up. Know that we didnt get what we paid for,

Brittany and the service dept. were great to work with but we found John Kullas to be very rude as well as a liar saying things were state law and they were not. We also found Roy the sales manager to be very arrogant and treated us like we were ***.

Lack of Service

We bought a camper from this place and have had nothing but problems. The service is not just rude, they are incompetent.

Brought a Fleetwood class A here last fall. Spent a significant amount of money. Tried to have some warranty work that needed attention but they couldn't fix it (They are the only Fleetwood dealer in New England). This spring, had a window that broke.

Took pictures, showed them the window that need to be replaced, they still ordered the wrong one. Told them about a recall, showed them the paperwork, they still said there was no issue. They should not be in business. Filling complaints with BBB, consumer protection, and everyone else I can think of.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. DO NOT GET SERVICE from them.

Sales could not answer simple questions about included accessories. While they agreed to include some of the items we expected but were missing, they never contacted us to let us know they had the items for us and did not return our call asking for an update.

Flagg Rv Sales Representative Review

Cherhl Coleman put her self right in the middle of a divorce just to make a sale an even went as far as to becone friends on facebook with ny ex husband who only bought impulsively an wanted to change his mind but she was lkke a sale is a sale. Be careful working with her because of her ill never use Flag RV again.

Met with Salesman Ralph who provided an excellent overview of a 2015 Thor Axis which met all of our needs. We were very comfortable with his knowledge and "low pressure" sales tactics. He provided us with an excellent trade in value for our Class C and showed us how he came up with the numbers. Brian in Finance was extremely organized and accommodating in answering all of our questions. I must say that when I read the complaints listed within this thread, I was pleasantly surprised to find the exact opposite. Having worked for years in Customer Service, I know what to look for and would highly recommend Flagg.

This comment days nothing about service, but claims to have experienced the opposite of the negative reviews here.

My experience with sales was polite, but that was the best part.

They did not know the product, accessories were missing and they claimed the accessories didn't come with model. I asked them to show me how they knew and sales person said she didn't know and made no effort to find out. I found it in the advertisement brochure later.

Was she ignorant or lying. Both are unacceptable.

Flagg Rv Sales Representative Review

Going through a divorce one of the staff agents decided that she would befriend my husband over another just to make a sale even though my husband wanted to back out in the end causing the divorce but she stated to me she could do nothing because a sale is a sale. She even went as far as becoming Facebook friends with him

We purchased a new RV this summer from Flagg RV (West Boylston) and I can say that Patty Flagg (Sales) was more than accommodating. She walked me through the process step by step and has been available for questions whenever I call. I called for service and they sent out a technician when I was available. He was professional and found the problem that the manufacturer could not answer. We have decided to upgrade our RV with a larger unit and again Patty has been there to see it through. Will arrive next month. Could not be happier with their service. David Atherton

During which my RV was at Flagg's in Uxbridge Ma they were supposed to have replaced the radio. Riverpark sent a replacement but Flagg RV never put the Sirius in it. So when Riverpark send me the new Sirius part I asked if they meaning Flagg were going to fix it. Joe the head of service said why should I help you When you don't help me. They had billed me something that was around $400 but when it was there the repair man left the battery on and it was not plugged in. I had to replace three batteries to the tune of $800 which was their fault I had turn the switch off but when they worked on it they turned it back on and left it on for nine months. So they would not do my radio which was under warranty And their error again. There were so many things they did wrong. I had to get someone to repair radio and my door which none of their people seemed to be able to do. And many other issues. I am still very upset with that company And as far as I am concerned will never go there and will never have anything good to say.

Called Flagg RV to have my trailer's brakes done. They couldn't get me in for over a month then when I got there with the camper they told me they had more important customers and because I didn't buy it there I would have to wait.

Well I just took the day out of work to bring it there and had a camping trip in a little over a week away. I had to scramble and take another work day just to get it done. Could have at least called me and told me you were unable to do the brakes.Thanks Flagg RV!!! Not!!!!!

When I got there my name was already crossed out and said next to it can't do.

Why wouldn't you contact me? Who cares about the customer and their time right?

John Kullas is a liar and a cheat

So, I was having a ok process ( just ok ) till we had to meet with the finance dept. This guy is a joke, we had secured financing already and John tried to run my credit three times.

He even tried to run it with the bank I had already secured a loan thru. Then he tried to hold my registration hostage for 11 days till I paid an extra 50.00. Steer clear of this facility. Steve Flagg sucks a owner as he has no remorse for what his ignorant staff does.

A owner should have a serious issue with this kind of tactic but he just shrugged it off and said it was a misunderstanding. Do yourself a favor and avoid this facility, You will be happy if you do!

Update, I have spoken to the owner ( Steve Flagg ) and we have agreed to a 5 year extended warranty to cover my camper from any issues that might have incurred from my service issue. Both Steve Flagg and myself have agreed to these terms and we are both satisfied with the conclusion.

As of today I have a camper that works correctly and look forward to years of trouble free camping. We do love the Keystone Bullet camper.

Wow surprised to hear that, John and all the people at Flagg RV are great. I don't believe a word you said, I am 100% sure you just don't get how life works.
