Horrible all around
Owner dropped F bombs
Don't buy from flagg RV
We purchased a new camper in 2016. We have had nothing but problems with the A/C unit.
Flagg has supposedly fixed it 2 times and it is still under warranty. We are now camping with 2 extra kids that their parents are picking them up at the end of our stay and my husband that had recent heart surgery and 2 dogs and again A/C is not working!! We called Flagg RV which by the way is 30 min away to see if they would come out to fix the unit since this is the 3rd time it has needed repair. They first said they didn't have a service tech they could send.
Than they said they wouldn't have the equipment to repair it which is odd since they haven't even looked at the problem because they were unwilling to come out.
We now have no A/C and 4 days left of our trip. We will not purchase another RV from them again.

Delivery was a joke
1st time purchasing with Flagg RV in Uxbridge. There are no complaints with anyone or thing other than the delivery guy, Bob.
We were told what to get, how many blocks, wood, etc. When the trailer came it didnt get placed where we wanted, Bob didnt want to use the 24 concrete blocks, that we paid for and was told to get..told us that "ive been setting these up for years" My trailer was still rocking, i askedhim why twice, he didnt answer me. Had no idea how the In Comand computer worked, just grumpy and complaining. My husband and his friend ended up setting our whole trailer with all the components that we were told to get from Joe.
We paid for Bob being grumpy and not really setting our trailer up. Know that we didnt get what we paid for,
Bad experience
Lack of Service
We bought a camper from this place and have had nothing but problems. The service is not just rude, they are incompetent.
Brought a Fleetwood class A here last fall. Spent a significant amount of money. Tried to have some warranty work that needed attention but they couldn't fix it (They are the only Fleetwood dealer in New England). This spring, had a window that broke.
Took pictures, showed them the window that need to be replaced, they still ordered the wrong one. Told them about a recall, showed them the paperwork, they still said there was no issue. They should not be in business. Filling complaints with BBB, consumer protection, and everyone else I can think of.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. DO NOT GET SERVICE from them.

Called Flagg RV to have my trailer's brakes done. They couldn't get me in for over a month then when I got there with the camper they told me they had more important customers and because I didn't buy it there I would have to wait.
Well I just took the day out of work to bring it there and had a camping trip in a little over a week away. I had to scramble and take another work day just to get it done. Could have at least called me and told me you were unable to do the brakes.Thanks Flagg RV!!! Not!!!!!
When I got there my name was already crossed out and said next to it can't do.
Why wouldn't you contact me? Who cares about the customer and their time right?
John Kullas is a liar and a cheat
So, I was having a ok process ( just ok ) till we had to meet with the finance dept. This guy is a joke, we had secured financing already and John tried to run my credit three times.
He even tried to run it with the bank I had already secured a loan thru. Then he tried to hold my registration hostage for 11 days till I paid an extra 50.00. Steer clear of this facility. Steve Flagg sucks a owner as he has no remorse for what his ignorant staff does.
A owner should have a serious issue with this kind of tactic but he just shrugged it off and said it was a misunderstanding. Do yourself a favor and avoid this facility, You will be happy if you do!

This comment days nothing about service, but claims to have experienced the opposite of the negative reviews here.
My experience with sales was polite, but that was the best part.
They did not know the product, accessories were missing and they claimed the accessories didn't come with model. I asked them to show me how they knew and sales person said she didn't know and made no effort to find out. I found it in the advertisement brochure later.
Was she ignorant or lying. Both are unacceptable.
Updates: days should have been says (auto correct error). Found all accessories in question should have been included.
