I recently was going to purchase an RV from Flagg RV in Rhode Island. Do not buy anything from this crooked dealership.

They gave a price with a purchase and sales agreement so I made the deal. I got the financing I needed to purchase my new RV from Flagg RV and they pulled the good old bait and switch routine. They gave me a price but changed it when I showed up. They wanted more money than what we agreed on.

Then they were supprised when I told them to get lost. So do not waste your time and energy on this crooked dealership.

Stay away from them as they are liars.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Location: Providence, Rhode Island

Mechanic didmt accept my tip even.

Flagg keep doing what your doing and all my camping needs will go thru you. Sincerely Ralph C.

If Flagg Rv cares so much about there customers why would they deliver a used unit with mouse droppings, mold from the droppings, and beverage containers left by the previous owners after they claimed to have cleaned the whole thing out. just that situation alone is leaving a tremendous health hazard to the occupants of the TT do to the neglagence of the dealership.

To Pete J. I'm Richard and in July 2010 I was working at Flagg RV in Uxbridge Mass..Not West Boylston So you must be mistaken.

I usually take special care to thank all of my customers because I really do appreciate everyone's business.

If you were one of my customers and I didn't thank you I apologize. I hope you are enjoying your new unit.

I tried to have my 5th wheel serviced at Flagg Rv and was told that they will not service unless I bought from them. I called Keystone and let them know and they were not very happy with Flagg RV.

Seems like bad business to me.

Can't imagine too many people are buying campers in this economy. You lost this customer and many others I have spoken to.

Of course, i went on their site, seeing all these nice comments from people, so we went to Uxbridge, Mass and bought a T.T. We are in love with it.

But, they said they would go through and check all the appliances, heaters, A.c. ect. We tried to turn on the hot water heater and it did not work at all. There was still antifreeze in the water also, and dirt left over in the heating ducts.

they cleaned it well besides that but my family and i are pissed that they did not properly make sure that everything was in working order.

Thank god we have the 30 day warantee, because its been 2 day. :sigh

Sorry Folks, had a bad exoerience with Flagg in West Boylston. Richard my salesman( Calling him a salesman is being polite) was a complete condesendin *** When I picked up my unit they had some guy give me the 5 minute walk through on my unit.

I had traded in an older T.T. and I needed a new bolt for one of my sway bars, they wanted to charge me the $2.00 for the bolt! I'd just spent $20,000!

Also, no one helped with my sway bars, it was raining and they left me in the very back of their sand pit to fend for myself. I'm pretty mechanical, but I also expect a little customer satisfaction.

Richard never said thank you, nothing! When we picked up the unit he walked right by my faily and I and acted like he'd never seen us before. Because of this one particular person I will NEVER EVER buy from this unprofessional "stealership" again. And for all you that want to look through your rose colored glasses and shrug off all of these complaints.............don't say you weren't warned.

And I get a kick out of how some of these "positive reviews" defends Flagg. Probably just them trying to do damage control

Ok, so I drove 3 hours away and bought my Outback 250RS from their competitor. I saved $3,000 by doing that, who wouldn't.

I had every intention in using Flagg for my routine service so I wouldn't have to drive 6 hour round trip, I even told them this. A recent recall by Keystone had me make a call to Flagg for a manufacturers warranteed recall. Flagg told me they would not do it because I bought it somewhere else. I didn't even tell them where I bought it from.

Not only have they lost out on my routine maintenance, but on all my camping needs. With an attitue like theirs, I hope they can stay in business for the employees sake.

I had same issues , price changed ,viewing class a ask where is generator ,they stated another customer needed it so ttthey took out of one I just bought. They are bad news .cut my chassis for spare tire had to have Ford re weld to make safe ,mind you brand new .26 repairs at 3 different dealers .4 winds did pay but can you believe that.

James M. seems to be doing some wishful thinking. He needs to come out of the closet and smell the roses. It would be helpful if he could name this mysterious Sales Manager that doesn't seem to exist.

I have been dealing with Flagg Rv for over 12 years.First, they have no Sales Manager at any one of the three stores. They will store a unit for FREE purchased in the fall until spring of the following year. Why would they deliver a unit, which costs them money, when they store them for free?Any *** knows that if you have a signed purchase and sale agreement the price can't be changed when you come to pick it up. His bank would have a copy prior to approving any loan on an RV.

On any sales agreement the VIN# is on the agreement.

Did they change that too? By the way, I find it hard to believe anyone who uses a computer and does not know about spellcheck!!

I went to flagg r to lokat a new RV. I decided to go with a better dealsomewhere else.

The sales manager propositioned me to make the sale. He offered o perform a sex act if the deal was signed

I purchased a Class C Gulf Stream Toy hauler from Falgg Rv two years ago in the winter, site un seen, I sent them the money and they were suppose to hold it until spring when there wasn't any salt on the road, two weeks later the drive showed up at my door with the unit, did not call first. The unit was covered with salt, I called the sales man and they told me uff luck, it is yours now. Since the unit was never undercoated and I had no way of getting the salt off of it the under neath is all rusted up.

Also it had a very bad leak in the bed area and when I called about it it they would not do anything to help me out.

I would never buy anything else angain from them :( :(

FROM THE BBB-BOSTON

"Administratively Closed"

BBB determined the company provided proper verification that indicated there was no obligation to resolve the issues of the complaints.

Closing Summary:

BBB has determined that the business has addressed all disputed issues and made a reasonable effort and offer to resolve the complaint; however, the customer remains dissatisfied despite the business's best efforts to satisfy the customer.

I went to buy a used trailer a few years back from them, agreed on the price, made the deal, and then the trailer went missing the day I showed up to get it. Then it turned out that they had it at the other dealership and I would have to drive there to get it.

Then when I got there, it wasn't even the trailer they showed me.

They changed the stock # and tried passing off some POS for the one I saw. What a bunch of conartists.

We had dealings with the Flagg family for over 10 years; and they are always very accomodating. We both have witnessed some very unsavory customers: who couldn't understand why Flagg RV wasn't going to pay off their balance of their old motorhome AND heavily discount the new unit.

Come on... there's NO FREE LUNCHES; Take the cra* out of your ears and listen.

THERE'S ALWAYS TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY; and I'd bet that Flagg's would be an interesting read. They're "A OKAY" in my book.

Hi had a really good experience at Flagg RV :)

:(

Our GPS was stolen out of the truck we brought to pick up our new Travel Trailer. Owner did not care and never called me back.

Do not do business with these people.

Someone from this dealership had to have stolen our GPS because it was in the console of the truck and they were the only other people in the truck besides us. Beware!

I see a lot of hand drawn signs around Washington county RI complaining about Flagg RV
