Poor customer service

I recently called service to place a order for a mirror and side window. The service manager named Jessica was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with in my 40 years of dealing with the public. This co. Should be ashamed to have such a horrible employee

We were told RV would be ready after we gave them 2 extra weeks to have RV ready When we called were told that it still needed painting and awning not replaced. Paint was on the opposite side so

We purchased the RV a month ago. We were assured that it would be ready after we gave them 2 extra weeks to have it finished. We called about picking it up and then the untruths started. Paint wasn't done due to manufacturer ( it was a private sale no manufacturer involved. Then were told that awning could not be installed because of Painting( awning to be replaced was on the opposite side. We were told numerous times that service would call us and they never do. Now the manager tells us that service was too busy to fit it in before now. We never would have bought it if we were told that it would take this long. To make matters worse we turned our truck and 5th wheel in a month ago in good faith. So now we have no truck/5th wheel No camper and will have to cancel our vacation. Lesson learned. Don't buy from Flagg RV. They promise you one thing and do not deliver on it

Horrible service department!!! No accountability to things promised to be repaired

From the day we drove off the lot we have had nothing but problems .. we take it in which takes forever only to get it back with half of the things not fixed and more things wrong with it...

and only to get a huge bill for things that should have been covered...

Things were promised to be fixed only to findout half the staff is different and conveniently all the paperwork disappeared into thin air and now we are responsible for all the repairs .. I’m sorry where is the customer service.. and the owners are even more useless they don’t care about the safety of the person driving this and to make a customer happy

Only for it it go in again this week for the generator that has a problem since we got it .. to a call we have to pay the 600 bill because the service advisor is no longer there and yet they admitted they have been dealing with broken promises to customers...

That’s not our problem it’s your responsibility of who you hire not a customer.

Now to go pick it up and we stated there were battery issues .. and once again no one even checked it because after driving g over and hour and a half to get there to an RV totally dead and won’t start.:. Now we have to go through this yet again and I am

I am not able to leave negative rating so they are lucky they are getting one star. I AM THANKFUL FOR KATE AND CHAD. THEY ARE THE ONLY REASON I AM MAINTAINING MY PROFESSIONALISM. I will say this as nice as possible. First, it was very disappointing to find out that I was fooled. I have to say Kate and Chad are the only reasons for my satisfaction. When it was time for delivery of the trailer, the delivery inspection was very poor and as far as deception, I was told the exterior lights would work when plugged in. As being a "NEWBY" to owning a travel trailer, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. The dealership replaced the battery with a so called "NEW" battery, but came to find out it was just recharged. I took trailer home on a Thursday after noon and all "SEEMED" well. When I was preparing for my first trip, (6 days later) I found several lights still not working, which included the brake and tail lights. I am going to give a scenario, if I took their word and did not check everything before I left and I took their word, I would have been traveling down the highway, not knowing there was an issue. I feel this put me and my family in a VERY unsafe position. So moving on, When I returned to the dealership to have the issue fixed, it had been discovered the entire electrical system had a short. I was told I would be able to talk to the owner at any time I was dissatisfied. I feel this needed to be brought to his attention. I have left several messages for Steve Flagg, who is useless and seems to only care about the cash in his pocket. Still Five days and several messages, he has avoided any attempts to call. This proves how much he actually cares for his customers. I would not allow my sales staff to lie and deceive the customers. I will never recommend this company and I will be blasting their lousy sales staff and ownership of how useless they truly are. I will never recommend, nor will I ever give them anymore business. I will only state my experience and how lousy this company is. I will make sure I reach out to as many sources as possible to let them Know of my experience. I will be writing many reviews.

Id purchase another trailer from flaggrv in a heartbeat

i was searching online to be able to fill out a 5 star review for flagg rv and came across this website, i have read some of the reviews that were posted and im just in shock. this company is amazing and have had nothing but happy camping.

My rv was supposed to be ready august 9. I bought fom out of state. They knew i was flying up to pick up....rv not ready with 2 week notice. Went in Thursday...still not ready...they never cleaned it. Cost 40,000 dollars. Drove it out of there thursday late afternoon...water leaked all inside the cab. Had to bring it back friday. Also horrible noise coming from passenger side. They can't figure out why !!! 40,000 dollars. They ripped me off ! Said milage wss 17,700 it was 18,900 they supposedly only had it for a week. If they can't fix the issues I hope I have legal recourse. I dont want it!!!! Please never if at all possible use Flagg rv. Service department has an attitutude when you call and nobody takes responsibility for the problems.

bought a 2010 georgetown 378ts in july 2018. first trip living room ac

would run shutoff and run again called service dept and scheduled an appointment,they told me they could not make ac do what i said it was doing.

told me when it happens again bring it in, when i brought it in they said the samething could not get it to do what i said it was doing.. i could not leave it because i was schedule to leave for florida i was hoping where it worked on and off i would be ok for the sevens days in florida, prior to this i left messages with service manager joe, he never returned one of them. when i got to florida the ac died completely and i had to have new ac installed.. i called brent twice to tell him what happen and he never returned my calls.

i am s ubmitting a bill to flagg rv for the cost of new ac . one more thing before i left for florida they fixed (joke) my rear running light and left top brake light, on my way to florida i got stopped because the lights they fixed were not working but flagg charged me to fix them, thank god the officer only gave me a warning , thanks joe and brent and flagg rv

Run from Flagg RV as fast as you can

I bought a Forest River Sunseeker 2017 and took a trip cross country. Purchased in March and did two dry run weekends, brought back for minor issues before leaving.

Left in May - 2 days into trip starter died, sent tow truck twice to jump and finally had to tow us to get it replaced. 10 days later converter needed to be replaced, then microwave was replaced and we had to stay 10 days to get installed because they would not send it ahead to another destination only home or where we were. After that electrical problems and had fridge serviced 4 times. Then slideout leaked.

When I got home I went back to Uxbridge with long laundry list after waiting 3 weeks to get scheduled in. Rubber matting was pulling up from front cab and they gave me a phone # to call and make appt for that (that company laughed and said they do this all the time take it back there they need to fix so after speaking direct with Forest River - Flagg RV did fix but *** job. Warranty has now run out. Slideout does not work and this past weekend I see a leak under the RV when disposing black/gray water.

$115-$140/hour rates and having a very hard time finding reliable reputable repair shop. I will never go back to FlaggRV.

Came to do final walkthrough and go home. No plates, no i inspection sticker, no owner's manual, radio and backup camera dead. Joe, in charge of walkthroughs was flippant and rude and it wasn't the first time. My ride had left. Im stranded for hours watching service bumble around trying to fix it. No offers to compensate me for the trouble, sitting around all this time, having to get my own sticker, dealing with dealer plates, fed ex of new plates. They asked me what stations inspect RVs near me, really? Gas tank isn't even full. Service blamed sales and vice versa. No appology, NOTHING Never again will I go to Flagg. Service and attitudes are BAD. Stay away

May 1, 2018 I placed a call to the service dept. to schedule a repair on my trailer. The 1st question was "did I buy the unit from them". When I said "no" I was quickly told that they could not schedule me in until after Labor Day because I wasn't a customer. Then asked if there was anything else she could do for me. The end. If she would have asked I would say I just bought the unit last Sept out of state. Also I had bought several items from their parts dept. since Sept. So what does it take to be a cust. if they send you away? I called another local RV dealer and was given an appt May 14th. Quess who gets my future business

We have been through a lot with them, somethings fixed some Not. This was a big one though. We brought the RV in back in Oct 2017. Got it back in Jan 2018. A leaking windshield needed to be repaired plus other things. We then brought it to floor contractor to have new floor put in but it sat frozen until April 2018. It was brought in to contractor building, floors done and we picked up April 8, 2018. It rained and rained. We noticed it was getting all puddles on dash. I reached up into back of cabinets and on the top half of windshield their is a plastic shield full of drenched insulation. I am beside myself. Now we had noticed the drivers side rubber gadget of windshield was coming off but we decided Flagg did not know how to fix is so we have Mobil RV coming. But this is connected to windshield. What did they do? Nothing!!!! What next. The big “well I can’t use the saying”are coming out now. I am mad!

Bought a used 2002 Winnebago Sightseer Class A in August 2017. Supposedly they have it inspected for you. When we got it home most of the outside lights didn’t work so we decided to just go ahead and replace the bulbs. We took it for a few short weekend trips and hadn’t used it again until April when we took it to Nashville! What a mistake!!!! First the windshield started leaking then the panel over the passenger front tire blew off while driving down the highway. Then a few hundred miles later the front panel on the drivers side came loose but we manage to somewhat fix it. Then the air conditioner in the front area stopped working!!!!! This place is horrible!!!!!!!

My wife and I have never ever owned an RV before. We bought a 36 foot Fleetwood and as you could think what do we do now knowing nothing about this. From start to finish with Keith at the RV show to Dave our sales person Brian in F&I the parts manager the person who showed us everything and last but not least Kerry my new BFF who I would have to say is second to none with all the dumb questions and requests I have had for her never saying no I can do that to yes it will be taken care of. I thank you all at Flagg RV

I will just say this. Since the son took over this buisness it has gone completely down hill.

They damaged a travel trailer during a repair that was not done correctly itself. They had the trailer from Aptil till November claiming they wete waiting on parts. Checked with the manufacturer and found out dealer had not ordered them yet. They simpley delayed the repair the entire season because it was on their own dime.

Got unit back plus monitary damages after taking the owner Steve and his incompetent idiot of a service manager to court. Seriously folks...i have bought a number of campers over 30 years and know this dealership very well. Stay very far away.

A friend of mine bought a fifth wheel and its been back 11 times in two years. They are truely incompetent and liars.

This review is for the Flagg RV location in Uxbridge not West boylston. Do not take a verbal price make sure you get a paper estimate otherwise you will be ripped off like I did.

Was given a price to install an RV hitch, when I called to pick up my truck they went from 650 to almost 900. The owner was very rude and wouldn’t honor the original price agreed.

We purchased a 2017 Cedar Creek Cottage from Flagg RV and our service experience has been horrible. We have had trouble with the converter, bedroom A/C, and now have a bow in the roof. Very difficult to get anything repaired. Ruined our bedroom ceiling investigating the case of the bow. What a joke..STAY AWAY. I could go on and on but I am sick of talking about. Rude customer service. Also lied when we purchased the unit..tried to charge us $600 to remove our old trailer. Long song and dance about everything. Has a central vacuum that has not worked ever.
