Unprofessional

I spent $85,000 on used Class A. Nice coach, clean and low miles.

Service department promised to perform both in their shop and outside service centers to complete an agreed, written list of maintenance items and parts to be replaced. Three weeks later I was told the coach was ready to be picked up, all the items and issues had been addressed. I drove the four hours and it was not ready. The service department guys stayed late, fixed a couple things we found wrong on the check out and we finally left to return the four hours home, by this time it was raining buckets and dark.

I discovered a week later that one of the biggest items on the original list was not corrected. I notified Flagg, told them I would look into the problem at a local shop and would let them know what we found. They agreed that was fine and to let them know what we find AND that Flagg RV would do the right thing.

Long story short I was lucky to find such a good local truck service center and they corrected ALL the problems with the coach, performed all the services that were allegedly done by Flagg, re-did the poor quality repairs that were performed by Flagg's outside shops and my cost was around $3200. I paid the bills and went on my way with the coach running and driving properly, which is what I was promised originally by Flagg.

I called and emailed the owner of the company, no return call or return email. I spoke to sales department, was promised a return call. Eventually I received an email that said I was basically on my own and since I didn't have their permission to repair the coach they were not interested in reimbursing me the expense of the repairs that should have been covered by warranty and the original agreement. They did this because the law most likely would be on their side.

In short they did the VERY minimum to get me out the door and the outside vendors they used did the very minimum as they were directed. Unprofessional and typical low end used car dealer mentality.

Unhappy with service on our vehicle

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This is our third RV and can't complain about the purchase experience with Flagg RV in Uxbridge. Thought it would be beneficial to bring the unit in for service to the same location. Wrong! They were unable to fix either problem we had, wouldn't touch it due to warranty issues. Could they NOT have told us that over the phone any of the times we spoke with them? Not to mention the driving time to get the unit to them. It took two separate days of driving 2 vehicles the 100 miles to Uxbridge to not have anything fixed. Was told the service person was new and didn't know about warranties. Won't be going there again.

We brought a 2005 sun cruiser from u people, we mentioned the tire pressure to the kid getting it ready, needless to say the tire pressure was total *** up, one tire in the front was 100psi, the other tire only have 40psi, could have caused a accident, plus we were never asked about a warranty. Ow the fuses are. Blowing, take to Bob in service is brushed it off, and now we have to go there so they can figure out why the fuse keep blowing. PLUS we have to pay for this, oh and a month after getting it we had to replace hydrolic part!!!! Wish we never brought this so it seems like a lemon Plus Bob attitude sucks!!!!!!!

I have had many issues with this company of flagg RV. They were supposed to fix the radio and they did not and now I'm trying to get them to do it and they say they're not going to help me. I have an outstanding bill which everything was supposed to be under warranty and the things still aren't fixed right, it was there for a total of nine months. My radio does not have a Sirius connection in it. River Park sent them a new radio and I don't know who screwed up but it has no Sirius chipand no Sirius connection. They claim I owe them some money and asked when I was going to pay it. While it was there for nine months and they never plugged it in and they did not shut off the switch so it wouldn't drain from the battery, I ended up with three dead batteries. Two house batteries and one engine cab battery I had to replace to the tune of $700 which is what they claim I owe them. I told him I would pay the $700 when they gave me the $700 for new batteries. So Joe the so-called service manager said then why should I help you with your radio and I told him don't bother I would go to Winnebago . I had posted issues when my motorhome was at Flagg R V Center for a total of nine months, with you people and you asked if everything was straightened out well guess it isn't I still have issues with them. I will post on every social Media that I can All my issues with them.

Damaged done by service to brand new camper

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
We have NOT had a very good experience with the purchase of our camper. We purchased a 2016 Highland Ridge Light 5th wheel from Flagg RV in Uxbridge, MA. The sales end of it was great. I highly recommend Cheryl DiBenedetto. She was great and has a lot of knowledge for the sales. I cannot say enough about her. Our experience beginning with the walk thru was much less. We had more knowledge than the person doing the walk thru. That part is not a big deal. We knew what we were getting into. Now the part which does not make us very happy or want to recommend or use your parts service is: The amount of damage that was done (supposedly from the people who clean the RV's) was unacceptable. Closing our camper readying it for pick up without saying a word to us prior to pick up, unacceptable. We got our camper home and discovered the damage then. A broken drawer (this has been replaced), that looks like someone step on it to reach something above, missing microwave plate and turntable (we did get these), damaged rear bathroom door *** completely damaged rear bunkhouse door, frame and wall from someone closing the slide without shutting the door first. We spent numerous hours there and yet not one word was said to us about the damage done. We have been waiting a month since the purchase to get the parts ordered and received so someone could come onsite to repair the damage. UNACCEPTABLE. Something needs to be done to rectify this. We would like an answer on when the parts will be in and when the repairs will be done asap. There seems to be a big lack of communication within your service department. Also, two weeks after purchasing we get a recall notice in regards to the weight. One of the biggest selling points was the GVWR of 8900 lbs. The notice we received has the GVWR at 10995 lbs. This unit had everything we wanted and low weight. It was a bonus for us. The weight was incorrect on the brochure and on the label on the camper. Big disappointment there as well. I know that isn't Flagg RV's fault but still disappointing. It will not be as easy towing as we originally thought. Some sort of compensation would be appreciated for being misled. This has been the worst experience we have had purchasing anything. And it is such a big investment to us.

Flagg RV saved our vacation

We bought an RV at the West Boylston Flagg in 2014. We decided to winterize it ourselves this year and on the day we were to leave for a week long road trip, we discovered that we did something wrong and water was pouring out where it should not! We called Flagg and though they were completely booked, they had us come down right away. They found out what was damaged and repaired it in less than an hour. They were kind, understanding, professional and very pleasant despite being insanely busy with many other customers. We are so grateful to Flagg for saving our vacation. This is the kind of service that will keep us loyal customers for as long as we own an RV.

DONT BUY FROM FLAGG RV

We are a family that has been camping for over 30 years and have bought many campers through the years. We bought a 2013 Premier Bullet from Flagg RV ,3 years old and the paint if coming off the front of the camper...we had a very reparable body shop quote it and they said that when the trailer was painted it wasn't done properly. We called and spoke to a service rep and manager at Flagg and they said the dealer or them would not cover it. Flagg RV can sell these for top dollar and *** but wont stand behind their product! Im sorry a three year old camper SHOULD NOT be peeling paint! Don't buy from FLAGG they'll take your money and leave you high and dry when it comes to backing their product!!! did you buy it as is? If it was 3 years old it sounds like it was used perhaps you should have bought new this does not sound like a Flagg issue but a manufacturing issue - if you bought it new I am sure they would stand by their product

Dometic Propane Refrigerator

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I have a dometic propane refrigerator that gave me problems all of last year staying on when using propane but, when using AC/110 it works fine. Unfortunately our usage is mainly with propane. So today I called the service department in Uxbridge, MA store looking to get on the schedule to have it checked out and repaired in late April or early May. I could not believe what I was told by the service representative. Question to me; did you buy your camper at Flagg RV? Answer, no I purchased it through a private party used. Flagg RV Response; sorry we cater to customers who purchase from flagg rv, call back me late April and we may be able to fit you in mid to late May. Is that discrimination, because we did not buy it from them or what?

Well after Flagg having our RV for a total of 9 months it came home and I found one of the issues left undone. I called and said I will not bring back they need to send someone to repair. Hey sent out one of their Mobil guys. Well guess what he came with out the part. Repaired what he could and said they would order. Well I put away for winter and sort of forgot about it. Now getting ready for a trip in 3 or 4 days I discover still no part and not repaired. Now I will have NO WATER AT ALL.WTF IS WRONG WITH THEM??

I keep finding more issues. When they repaired the slide they messed up the wood and wallpaper.

All they could say is here is a roll to cover up the wallpaper issue. I am so done with them and will never have anything good to say about them.

Flagg RV rip off artists

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Bought a 2008 Fleetwood Bounder RV for $69,000 and a $4,800 extended warranty. Bushings on right front spring failed or were bad already, tailpipe was rusted out, and one of the slideouts won't slide back in. Filed claim with warranty (American Guardian) They won't fix bushings since condition was "pre-existing." After canceling warranty, Flagg kept out $500, won't give it back. They are crooks of the highest caliber. NEVER buy from them!!! They are dishonest with customers and plays games.

2015 Winnebago Forza Warranty Work

We purchased a new RV from Flagg, Uxbridge in June, had some issues as expected. Worked with service dept, was able to use RV for summer then gave them a month to take care of everything. All issues resolved to our satisfaction. I was always treated with respect and made aware of any problems or delays. Joe in service was accommodating as well as Shawn and the rest of the staff. At this point I do not hesitate to recommend Flagg RV. Bill Dolan

Horrible Dealer with the worst service I have ever encountered

I would not recommend this dealer, Flagg RV to anyone. I purchased a Winnebago Itasca Cambria 14 months ago and out of that it has been in their shop for Warrenty work for two times. Each 3 months at a time. Two days ago they call and tell me they can't fix it now they are too busy so come and get it and bring back in the spring. I am beyond upset but just don't know what to do. I have spoken to Winnebago and their answer is take to another Winn dealer. Well here I go again back at the bottom of the list. I even considered going to Forest City Iowa to the factory but they tell me they are booking out to October. Maybe contact channel 7 Hank, BBB, Atty Gen and then a lawyer ??? Any suggestions ???

Customer Service

Flagg RV Both Locations have great customer service.read most of the reviews on this web site and think that 90% of them are the customers fault..have bought my fair share of products and parts here with NO issue. Keep up the great work Flagg RV! Have had the service van come to my camp site to repair a water leak..fixed it the first time. Keep in Mind the units that are being sold are NOT made by Flagg RV..they are the dealer. The manufacture is the issue not the dealer. They can only do so much..the factorys need to be held accountable.

You say the people with complaints on this site are all at fault for the problems they enumerate. You are WRONG!!!!

As I expected, if one purchases NEW and gets all the warranty and exterior coating they push, THEN you get good service BECAUSE you have THEM over the barrel. However, if you purchase used and don't pay for extra coverage and extended warranties, THEN you GET SCREWED.

My own experience WILL be on the review site SOON! They are a pathetic company and NOTHING but lies.

Dont walk away from Flagg Rv make sure you run away. Cheryl my sales person made me drive 5 hours round trip twice only to tell me my paper work was wrong after I brought exactly what I was asked to bring. The level of unprofessional is just astounding. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

It is unfortunate that this individual had bought his trade from a dealer that collected tax from the customer but did not pay the taxes to Massachusetts. This customer came to the store to show his bill of sale (Yes he paid it to the that dealer), but he was unable to produce the MA state form ST-7a, onced stamped would prove taxes paid to MA.

Secondly the title for this unit had NOT been processed through the CT DMV, so technically it wasn't even his camper to sell.

It's important to purchase from a reputable dealer like Flagg RV to ensure that the paperwork IS COMPLETED PROPERLY. I hope he's able to get his tax money back from the previous dealer.
